MY SERVICES
Home Visits
My services include lactation visits to help with breastfeeding difficulties or concerns at your home. I provide hands-on assistance, help build a feeding plan, educate and answer any questions, and follow up as needed.
I service the Bay area and peninsula, including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Redwood City, San Mateo and more.
Office Visits
I provide lactation services at my home clinic in Los Altos. Please contact me and I'd be happy to schedule an appointment.
Phone Consultations
I am available by phone and email to provide advice and follow up on any home or office visit, and on your treatment plan.
Latching Problems
One of my specialties is dealing with mothers whose babies have trouble latching. With my hands-on techniques most new moms quickly learn proper latching.
Breastfeeding Challenges
Breastfeeding can be a challenge. I am highly skilled at diagnosing and treating issues, whether it's sore nipples, thrush, engorgement or mastitis, and work with you to resolve them.
Twins
Breastfeeding twins is quite a challenge. One of my specialties is helping mothers to multiple babies succeed in breastfeeding.
ABOUT ME
 I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Lactation Educator, a birth Doula, and a mother to small children. I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology, trained as a doula, and graduated UCSD as a lactation consultant. I have helped thousands of women over the years with their breastfeeding needs, working at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Mills Peninsula Hospital's family birth center and NICU, and presently at O'Connor Hospital. I am a registered Aetna health provider. |
